  • I was excited to stay downtown... Alma at the front desk made it clear it was going to be unpleasant. She had the worst attitude. I believe kill them with kindness. She was making it difficult to have a smile. My room had two bed... I booked a king. No refrigerator... called to ask for a king. They said I'll call you back. No call back. 10 mins later I called and they sent a refrigerator. Took a shower, towel ripped. The beds are sleep number and the air chambers didn't work and the airpump was crazy loud. It's bad. Don't come.
