They had a clearance item on the website that wasn't available for purchase online or pick-up in store. The add said visit in store to purchase. We go in and it isn't ringing up on the clearance price and Sean, the store manager, gave use so much grief about it. They apparently false advertise and don't honor online clearance prices in the store. Sean made us feel stupid for even asking to honor the price. He was rude. Happy he's not my boss - I would quit in a millisecond. He should learn something about customer service, especially since I am a Red Card holder.
