  • I was a 1st time customer, as this location. I came in with 2 black men's sweater vests and 1 black man's full size sweater. I specifically showed the intake person some white cat hair on each sweater and asked, "will this cat hair be removed when you clean all 3"? Answer, "yes". I asked if the sweaters will be pressed? Answer, yes. I was told all 3 will be dry cleaned. I came back 36 hrs. later as instructed. I paid the $26.28 cleaning fee and then I inspected the sweaters that were in the plastic covering, before leaving the store location. 2 out of 3 still had white cat hair on them. I had to send 2 out of 3 back to be re cleaned while I waited.
