  • I had Feldco install 2 windows in a rental in Madison, WI and I was very pleased with their work. But when I needed a new front door installed in that same house I had a very difficult time getting them to authorize it. I was told at one point that the owner had to be present for the estimate. I live in Seattle, the house in in Wisconsin. I would like to see this requirement changed or to have something on file that would eliminate the need to be there in person.
