I stopped in for a quick bite and had no idea that I was in for such a great experience. The server Regina genuinely described the dishes with an obvious love of the recipes. Chef Booby and his team whipped up my cioppino ( a New Orleans seafood stew) before my eyes in what can only be described as an immaculate exhibition kitchen. When I complemented the food Regina said with a huge smile "I know the whole menu is like that". I will need to keep coming back to prove her right!
