  • Well let's just start out saying that this has been the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced. I have been going to this dentist since May 19, 2014 and it was a referral by a friend. I have since referred 15 patients to this location which is now located in Dilworth. I had my front tooth bonded a few times by Dr. Hauschka which has preformed all procedures. He is a professional dentist but when I had a problem on March 14th to have my tooth fixed again I was told that it was a $98 charge just for him to look at my tooth. I don't have a problem paying for anything! I do not want anything for free it's the principle of the situation. Fix it right the first time!! Let me now get to the front staff the brunette which unfortunately I did not get her name was rude so I returned the favor and was rude right back. She looked young but besides that she was extremely unprofessional and needs customer service training. I have already started calling the patients that go to this dentist and they are canceling their appointments. Thank you to my friends for standing up for me and doing the right thing! It's really sad that this situation had to escalate to 0 to 60. Dr. Hauschka this is for you I enjoyed going to you but it's really sad that your staff has the audacity to call me a liar to my face. I was born and raised in the south and you do not treat people the way she did. There is always two sides to every story and you can believe whatever story you like but I will continue to fight for the right thing. I just received the response from Dentistry of the Carolinas and it's very disheartening that you stated that I used sexual derogatory language which people know me and that was not the case. I went to East Coast Bible College and Lee University in Tennessee so I think that my language was not derogatory in anyway at all. Again, as I stated of course you're going to take up for your staff which are poorly customer service trained. And with the 15 people that I actually referred to your dentistry they have canceled and are going now going to the location on East Boulevard. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and you are the first business that is extremely unprofessional. Shame on you!
