Unfortunately, my warranty company (First American) contracted this company to repair my refrigerator. A 4 years old Kitchen Aid refrigerator with French doors had leaking water inside and a broken ice maker.
All Desert Appliances sent a technician to my house and the "genius" was able to find the issue with the ice maker and mentioned that he needed to order a new one. In regards to the leak, he had the courage to estate that the issue was with the type of refrigerator (French door), since he wasn't able to figure out the issue. I asked the technician to write that on his report because, if that was the reason for the leak, the home warranty company would have to replace the refrigerator. He mentioned he could not do it because All Desert Appliances didn't allow him to do it.
I decided to contact First American and request for a second opinion because I couldn't believe that all refrigerator manufactures would be able to manufacture a type of refrigerator that would have water leaking inside.
First American sent Sears to look at the issue and the technician found a crack in the water holder compartment inside the refrigerator. That was the issue, not the type of refrigerator.
On the top of all the issues All Desert Appliances have with the technician team, their customer service staff is awful, specially the supervisor Dominic.
I am glad I won't have to deal with this type anymore since First American already know that they cannot send this company to my houses when I file a new claim.
Just awful! No wonder their rating here at Yelp!
