  • This is my normal nail spa, normally I have no problems and I'm very satisfied when Henry does my gel fills. However, when other people have done my nails they've been sloppy and lazy so be careful. Also it is EXTREMELY annoying that I schedule appointments and still have to wait 20 - 30 minutes every time. It completely defeats the point of me taking the time to call and schedule and interferes with my plans. If I have a scheduled appointment you should have somebody free at the time I scheduled? Is that really asking too much? They also have boring gel colors, and what I mean by this is they have no matte colors or 2 dimensional colors, AND they have no cute updated jewels/gems to glue on to your nails they just have old outdated bows. :( Oh and If you're thirsty don't expect any water bottles... Also theyre saying it cost $5 more to get your nails done pointy suddenly when I've always gotten them done that way here for no extra charge. Im getting really irritated with this place to say the very least. If Henry didn't do my nails so nicely I wouldn't come here, heck I still might end up trying other places this place is getting on my nerves.
