  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Now I have been using this company for a while to get my car done, but after my experience today I will NEVER use this company again. I took my car in to get it washed with a #1 standard service. No big deal. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to get my car done when there are not many other cars there. Today, there were a few cars so I figured hey 30 minutes and I'll be out of here. NOT THE CASE! I knew the cars that were in front of mine because I watched them go through the wash. No big few cars in front sweet out of here in no time. After waiting 30 minutes, and informing the staff that I needed my car done ASAP as I had an event I needed to attend, they had not done anything besides wash the car. As in put it through the washing machine, something that I could have done in less time at Terrible's (which is right down the street btw). Much to my dismay, the staff was taking care of cars that came in BEHIND me. Oh an on top of that, they locked a guys keys inside his own car. This did not happen to me (thankfully) but I mean come on. The only upside to this whole day was that I didn't have to pay. No not because it was comped, but because I used the punch card and had a free wash (after 10 paid services). Again I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to Terrible's and pay $12 bucks to get the full job done and no hassle. One more thing to add. They have a pinball machine there to play while waiting. One of the flippers is broken. For real! Can't fix a flipper and take forever washing my car?!?!?! NAHHHH
