I received a response from the hotel's representative, and while sympathetic to my concerns there was no action taken to address them.
C'mon folks, we're talking about a simple fix that should have been a no-brainer: You charged me for a night's lodging, you didn't provide the comfortable, quiet experience I expected to receive, you could comp me a night on my next stay.
Instead, you've made a token apology. It's all about the numbers in Vegas, and a number as small as mine apparently doesn't count. :0/
