  • My husband picked up a rock in his '12 Lexus CT200H on the 101 North on a Friday evening which quickly spread from a chip to a complete break across the entire windshield. I Yelped it (of course), found Blue Chip, and called and left a message on a Saturday, expecting a return phone call early the next week. Kelly not only returned my call the same day, but he also arranged everything -- he called to file the claim with my insurance (Farmer's), and conferenced me in after he'd cooled his heels to the hold muzak on my behalf. He arranged to have OEM Lexus glass and accessories instead of the cheaper stuff. He set a convenient appointment time to do the install in the parking lot of my husband's office that Tuesday, and BAM. DONE. I literally dialed Blue Chip and didn't have to lift another finger... which is why I am leaving this review, since I have so much left over energy, ha!
