  • Lions Den Plumbing was recmmended by my Home Warranty to clear a clogged drain. Jody the tech called to tell me he could not clear the drain and would have to tear up the floor and wall to get to it. He said it would probably cost upwards of $900. He left without resolving anything and never called me back. I called Option One Plumbing and they came out and cleared the problem in 20 minutes at a cost of $100 total.
