  • I went here to purchase a wedding ring. The whole experience was so chaotic I wanted to leave. As soon as I walked in and started looking the sales associate was bringing one ring after another to show me. I couldn't take a second to look at one before she had another. Then most of the rings on display are only the setting. She continued to try an pressure me to put in a CZ and upgrade later. I ended up leaving with a ring and got home to find out it wasn't a solid diamond, it was 4 parts. The next day I called and the store to ask and they didn't know. They didn't even have a lense to look at them. I ended up calling the AZ Mills store and Sheena talked to me. She contacted the manager and he agreed to to do an exchange. I went in to see her and she was very knowledgeable about the diamonds. I had an great experience with her. She was very patient and helped us get a great ring. She was awesome!
