  • Don't waste your time or money. I visted NCS after reading the glowing review from Cabell G. on Yelp. I got my nails done and my girl was nice. The manicure was a little more expensive than I expected it to be but that was okay at the time. However, less than 12 hours later, my polish started to chip. I called and the receptionist was ditzy and confused as to exactly what I needed done. It was frustrating talking to her, and then when I finally got in to get my nails fixed, the stylist who was formerly friendly was cold and didn't talk to me. She did a good job fixing the chipped manicure, but I was pissed that I had to waste my own time to come back and get something fixed that should have been done right the first time. One of my nails broke four days after the original manicure and even more nails were chipping and awful looking a week later for a manicure that should have lasted at least two weeks. I will never go here again, I feel that it was a waste of money for such poor service and poor product.
