  • I guess I am a Lush snob, but the Summerlin Lush store wasn't up to my par of customer service... I've been here a total of about 4 times. It's either they are overbearing or they don't socialize. So my reception to this store is lukewarm. The Lush ambassadors aren't very knowledgeable of their products so they do need a little bit of a refresher. They are a new location, so perhaps they're not as seasoned as the one in Mandalay Bay. I love Lush... just not this location.
