  • Thanks for the response. Too bad it contains outright lies and and half-truths. I would never ask for a 'permanent discount' as I would never bring my dog back there again. How could i do that again to our dogs. Permanent discount? Wholesale lie. Shows your character or lack thereof. I did hope that you might in good conscience refund a part of the fee since you got our dogs sick... again. Also, you choose not to mention that our other young dog got sick. Weird. Do you think just discussing the older pet and fillibustering about vaccines conflates the issue? P.S. our dog never had discharge at drop off and even if that lie were true, why wouldn't you tell the owner??? So, by your own estimation you took a dog in with VISIBLE DISCHARGE, subjecting her to the rest of your dogs in care, and you still didn't tell the owner. Oh and just coincidentally both our dogs got kennel cough at Hot, Sickety Dog again. Pick a lie, Victoria. Or just be honest and a better business owner. BTW, read through your other reviews, Victoria, instead of lying and trying to invalidate our legitimate concerns. We're not the first to speak about smell, lack of care, injuries or illness. It's sad how aggressively you attack those who have the audacity to dare to say something's wrong at your shop. And by most estimates, Yelp is a fraction of the real percentage of real people who are disappointed that don't dare to post. I chose to only to warn others when you were so cavalier about getting our dogs sick - AGAIN- and how your first concern was just money. These are a couple Yelp reviews from the last year or so: 11/29/14 - We realized after we picked him up that his injuries were extensive. We had only been told about a neck injury (a large gash that they treated with antibiotics) but later we found that he had bloody scratches along his sides, as if he had been mounted. 8/14/2014 - When I got home I looked at our dogs puncture wound and thought she might need stitches. 9/12/2013 - I was taking my 3 year old dog here for several months. In that time he got a severe respiratory infection for which he was put on antibiotics and steroids, paws blistered and burned from being out outside for too long -------------------------------- Nice, Victoria. Yeah, we must be making it all up just to get free nights at a dog place that got our pups sick twice. You see my soul.
