  • If I could rate this office zero stars, I most definitely would. I encountered the worst insurance experience via the agents at this location. Not only did they 'accidentally' refinance my vehicle, when I came into the office to get THEIR mistake corrected, everyone was nonchalant, as if things were my fault. There was never an apology. I've never dealt with such negligence, when you're faithfully taking someone's money each month-ON TIME (never been late, never missed a payment) you'd think they'd care. They lost a great customer though, I am now back with Nationwide, a far better company, with much better rates, shouldn't have left in the first place. Not necessarily saying State Farm is a horrible insurance company as a whole, the agents at THIS location only care about their bonuses, which they thought they'd get when they 'accidentally' pushed my voided refinancing application through. As a customer you don't matter. Avoid this location at all costs.
