  • I was told that they weren't accepting appointments because of the holiday weekend and when I arrived i was told a hour wait. As i waited i was told to come back hours later because there was too many appointments booked (huh?). Was given a 5:30pm appointment time, that i never cancelled, but when i called before coming in I was then told that my appointment was given to someone else. ALL I WANTED WAS A POLISH CHANGE ON MY FRESH ACRYLIC NAILS!!! The phone was hung up on me multiple times. One time I brought in my foster daughter, who is only 12 but big for her age, and ask the woman how much it would be to paint her nails. The woman kept constantly stating that my 12 year old foster daughter, who is already self-conscious, had very large nails & hands so she would be charged as an adult. The women at this shop are the most unprofessional and rude women I know.
