  • Selling your house is a stressful process and somehow our agent Liz Hoyson made it worse. We have a prime location and our is in a great condition and she couldn't sell it. One, poor communication skills all her communications are in text she is in her 60s! Sometimes you want to talk about an offer before you accept or deny it, she never calls everything is texting. Two, we had our own house inspection done, prior to listing she kept offering to show it to people, we did not want to share it with everyone that saw the house only people that placed an offer because they are legit potential buyers. Three, she organized an open house while we were away without even asking us, we found out on Zillow that we were having an open house. Four, we decided to take the house off the market to relist it again in the spring, she did not send a request for the sign to be removed, the sign was in our front yard for two weeks after we took the house off the market. Five, every time you ask her something she needs to ask to check. I can keep going on. I wrote to their office manager to complain, he did not respond. That's why I am here sharing our terrible experience with Berkshire Hathaway.
