This was my first time at this nail salon. I was helped by Diamond. I came to this salon because it was recommended by a girl I work with.
I wish I would have seen the reviews on yelp before! My nails are completely ruined!
* She cut my fingers. When she was sanding my nails to get them ready to put the acrylic on, she cut the skin around my nails. It took 3 days for my fingers to heal.
I posted pictures. I hate putting this kind of pictures, but customers need to know. I wish someone had told me.
* It looked like I had massive clumps of acrylic on my nails. Completely uneven. They looked like they were curves going up and down all over the surface. I had her sand them down to make them thinner. They are still uneven!!
* My cuticles are completely damaged and the edge of the acrylic looks dry and crusty. You can see it on the pictures. Yes, the ones with the cuts.
* The gel manicure looked like 2 year old did it. You can see the brush stokes and there are parts of the nail that were completely missed.
* It took 2.5 hours and I had to go through all this!!!
I called to get a refund and they offered me to come in for the owner to repair the damage. I agreed to it. My nails looked horrible!
Then I got a call telling me that they could see me at the time originally agreed upon. I asked for a refund. Thinking about it, my skin was so raw with cuts that I don't think I would have been able to handle it.
I had to drive all the way over there to get my money back. They gave me a full refund no questions asked.
2.5 hrs. plus the time I spent driving .5 hrs each way. Those are 5 hours wasted.
