  • This seems like the type of place that will be good in a few years. There is a LOT of construction/renovation going on right now and quite a bit of confusion as a result. The parts that aren't currently undergoing renovation are definitely dated and need updating soon, so hopefully it doesn't take too long to finish up what they've already started.
