I had bid on Priceline for our room and was awarded the Radisson downtown Cleveland. I was very leery because of the negative reviews I had read, but ended up liking the hotel. The staff were super nice, valet parking was $20/day which isn't terrible for a downtown area, especially since there was in and out privileges. There were a few times that it was raining or just downright cold and it was nice to have the car pulled right up to the front door, literally 3 steps away.
Obviously this place is all about location. Otherwise it's pretty average. I didn't see why the sleep number beds were all that and probably would have preferred a normal bed. Stay away from the $10 breakfast buffet...it's all processed yuckiness. And if you're a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Otherwise, it's a pretty okay place...certainly not as bad as some of the reviews make it sound, imo.
