  • Okay shoes. Poor service from sales clerk. Horrible owner. I prefer the customer service at the Nike Outlet, the bigger selection of shoes, and the fact that there are plenty of checks and balances instead of just one owner and one sales clerk like at Performance Footwear who can take advantage of customers, charge an insane amount of money for a 20-second treadmill test, and harass their customers in the privacy of their own store. This place is an embarrassment to small business owners in Las Vegas. It's no wonder large outlets are winning out over rude and aggressive small business hole in the walls these days. I tried to support my local business today and I got my head bitten off for no reason for their failed communication.
