  • Since I don't see how to update my review, I'll add another one. After posting my comment about being overcharged on a brake job, FireStone actually reached out and we talked. I had forgotten that they had to replace the rotors and they changed the brake fluid. Those two items added up to $300 which meant I ended up paying $430 for the brakes, front and back, which is right on target. So, I'm back to being very happy with my service and the cost of it AND the fact that they took the time to reach out after my comment. Great service and great followup.
