  • Mercurio's is the best pizza I've had in a long time! I ordered the Quattro Formaggi pizza and it was delicious -- four different cheeses with basil and extra virgin olive oil. The crust was simply fantastic -- the perfect balance between doughy and firm. My mom ordered the Prosciutto pizza and we couldn't agree on which pizza was better. Mercurio's isn't too terribly large, so there isn't an abundance of seating. I wouldn't necessarily choose this restaurant if I was dining with 5+ people. It seemed pretty crowded when I was in there, but overall the atmosphere is nice and the service was good. Will definitely be back again.
