This is the Plaza Midwood Teeter on the corner of Central Avenue and The Plaza. It certainly has more to offer than the Uptown Teeter, but there's still plenty of room for improvement.
Parking is scarce, and the cashiers/baggers are usually too heavily involved in their own personal conversations to really be attentive to the customer's needs. Many a time I've not even been greeted with so much as a hello. Instead, my groceries have been dropped, baskets have been spilled, I've heard about evening plans other than my own, etc. There is a Starbucks inside of this location, but the staff there isn't much better.
This is also one of the two level Teeter's in Charlotte. If you feel like something is missing, check upstairs. The food bar is always good and the fresh produce and meats are always of sound quality.
It certainly serves the purpose as our closest grocery store, but I'm far from wowed. Groceries are groceries. Everyone has their choice. This will do for me.
