Enjoyed the couple's amenities. Had it all to ourselves which was awesome! Had a Swedish massage which was relaxing. Was disappointed with the food service. Had to wait for an attendant to 'sense' that you wanted something or call the spa to ask for an attendant. I had to do the latter. Then the food took twice as long than what was stated. It was over an hour for hummus, salad, and crackers! We ended up returning it because we were moving to our services. We were told that we would have to pay for food separately. Meaning, I would have to leave my relaxation to get my payment out of my locker, really?
Overall, good experience. Just missing some key customer service to truly cater to rest and relaxation.
