  • Being the winner of the Munch Madness Instagram competition, I had to check out Cups. When we first came it was very busy and luckily we snagged a table. It's not a huge store, but it gets packed easily. The first visit, we ordered the mango, injeolmi, and tiramisu. That time the mango was a little hard and not ripe. The injeolmi was not bad. My friend loved it but to me I wanted a little pizzazz, so I had the tiramisu which had a CAKE on top of it. They all looked amazing and tasted pretty good too. Shaved ice is definitely an experience if you've never tried it. The second time we ordered the cheesecake and the coffee. The coffee one is definitely my favorite out of all the flavors. It had enough liquid to mix with the ice, the cereal topping was awesome, and it tasted great overall. While the cheesecake was definitely a more muted flavor, I wish they had a little more condensed milk at the bottom, as it was lacking flavor when you started to finish the bowl. These are all just nitpicky details. I really love the cups and would definitely come back again and again. I find the prices and the product a great value, especially because it's so easy to share. 4.5/5.
