  • FYI my five star Yelp rating is based on my happiness regarding value for money, this property is not a five star property nor does it claim to be. I do believe it is up to four point standards even though it's an older building. I've been very happy there many times. I had the pleasure of spending a considerable amount of time at the Sheraton Hotel four points Phoenix Arizona. Sorry I did not write this sooner, the staff were incredibly friendly and almost like family by the time I left. Except Lorin, but I heard she's like that to everybody. As you enter the lobby is an atrium, there is a swimming pool, large Jacuzzi and waterfall. Outdoors there is a larger swimming pool and larger Jacuzzi. Decent exercise facilities, cable channels and many rooms have a nice view over a garden and swimming pool. I don't recommend you stay on the freeway side, I could understand how that would be noisy; I never stay there. The rooms are Sheraton standard, I feel they're quite nice. It's been a while since I've been there about the bar has an awesome happy hour and reasonably priced drinks and food specials. Nearby there are many restaurants including Texas roadhouse which I highly recommend. Whenever I had any issues, the management was great about working them out. Thanks for always a wonderful stay.
