The wait isn't long here but they don't explain testing properly. I had to take a test twice at my expense because they give zero instructions. The attached photo is about a week old but the lady who took my blood punctured my vein, it swole up to almost golf ball size for days and hurt like hell. Upon getting in my car and having extreme pain I looked down and saw the huge swollen area. I ran back in. The receptionist said it's not life threatening and that they are sorry. Sorry?!? Sorry you have employees that are obviously not equipped to do something as simple as take blood? This is the second quest location I've tried in two months and both have utterly disappointed me and have hurt me. Quest needs a better hiring process.
