  • I really want to give a HUGE shout out to Sally for inviting me for this awesome event! I feel very grateful and thank you Kris and Cachet's staffs for organizing such an eventful event. The staffs definitely went for the extra mile to give their best service and food quality. The welcoming and lively atmosphere will make you feel like you are back home. The way how Jenn shared her stories, you can tell how passionate she was with her restaurant and her strong belief of giving back to the community. The staffs at Cachet don't just treat you as a customer but as a person being part of the community/ family. It felt like I'm already part of the Cachet family! ^^ All of the dishes were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I never knew simple everyday ingredients can be elevated into dishes which were packed with soo much flavours! My #1 dish for the night would be the brussel sprouts, they were super addictive!!! I liked how it was fried to perfection. The combination of sweet and salty... then a hint of spice from the cayenne really satisfied my palette. I'm craving for MORE please!!! I really appreciate and LOVE how the chef took the time to each of us and asked for constructive criticism about the dishes we had sampled. That was definitely WOW moment for me! This really shows how much care and attention he gives to his customers! A chef who seeks improvements from his customers is almost extinct!!^^ Applause for that! I'll definitely revisit this place again and I can't wait to try some more food from the menu. Also, their ongoing events, like their Newmarket Music Festival looks like something you wouldn't want to miss! Food + Music are match made heaven! ;)
