  • Although the hold time was still extremely high and I had to go through a few departments to find the right person, I was finally put in touch with Coco in the Install Dept. She personally called the installer to check on my work order, then called me back a day later to make sure the installer had been in touch. She is an amazing asset to that location. The installer came out and was very upbeat and enthusiastic. He made it a point to explain what he was doing and why, so I might be able to troubleshoot in the future, if necessary. We are good to go!
