  • I purchased a monthly car wash pass for $30 per month. When I bought the plan, I was told that I could upgrade to a VIP for only $1.99 per month. Three months have gone by and I finally decided to get the full wash. I was told that I was misinformed by someone who no longer works here. The cashier was not nice about it and they did not try to make it right. I will go somewhere else with better customer service!
