  • My 2009 Macbook Pro finally crashed on a Friday night in Vegas. When I thought about years of data and photos that were not backed up, it dawned on me how serious this could be. I frantically searched my phone for a local specialist. Expecting the worst I took it in to these guys. Armando warned me up front what the problem was and warned me that there is a real chance the data would not be recoverable. Hours later I got the call... they were able to save all of the data. Through years of experience, and a miracle, they were able to retrieve everything except hidden data saved for certain applications, and even on that they spent several extra hours (at no charge) trying to find it and and point me in the right direction to keep trying later. In the end they saved me from total disaster and they only charged me for a new hard drive and the standard labor to replace it (which was less than the drive itself). Armando also took the time to get me started on backing up my computer so my data is not in jeopardy again. They are really knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.
