  • No music, uncomfortably quiet atmosphere where you're whispering so as not to be overheard by other guests and eavesdropping staff. Every menu item has a name (aka a lie) and no description or hint at the actual content (eg vegan pork skin and ground beef sandwich). Woman at the register speaks English when taking orders and payment but not when asking questions or requests (such as can you turn on the music system glued to the wall so I don't feel like I'm eating in a mortuary).
