rev:text	THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I HAVE TO POST THIS REVIEW!! All I have to say is, biggest mistake ever made... If I could take my parents out of there I would in a minute!!! The management sucks! They don't care about anything or anyone's feelings! We have paid thousands of dollars to have our mom buried there because my dad wanted her to be with her family. Then he passes and we chose to put him there as well. Every time we take our parents flowers or any decorations it never last the day there. Their landscapers have not only broke everything we take when they cut the grass but they also seem to somehow break the flowers and they end up in the trash. Not to mention every time they cut the grass they always leave it all over her stone! My family and I have complained plenty of times and the manager RICH never seems to care of return your calls! I will NEVER RECOMMEND ST FRANCIS TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!!! Let me say one more thing! The manager stated there are NO BALLOONS, WINDMILLS or FANS allowed! NOTHING IS ALLOWED according to him, OUTSIDE OF THE VASE! You can decorate, spend money to make their headstone look nice for holidays birthdays or just to let them know how much we miss them! They'll throw it .......
