| - The second star is for the garlic knots. We ordered a pizza. I've lived in NYC, I've had great pizza. Been wanting to try this place for a while. I'm not exaggerating: the pizza came to the table cold and soaking and flimsy as a wet noodle. Literally like a cold, wet noodle. The "crust" was so incredibly thin and floppy and wet and cold that I started to take a photo for this review BUT before I could do that, a woman collapsed in the restaurant and hit her head and wasn't getting up. Please understand this next part and read carefully: I was sitting at the far end of the restaurant and there was a ridiculous amount of servers working in this place. Like two servers to a customer. At least 15. The bartender, servers, hostess, and manager just stood there like stunned sheep, so I was the first person to call 911. After running across the restaurant by myself, they obviously had no kind of training in place for an emergency situation. People acted like I was a hero for merely possessing common sense. After the ambulance showed up and took the woman away, the general manager commended me and comped our entire bill. I explained the pizza issue to him and he acted like he knew about it and was embarrassed, but here's the kicker: the guy was from New York....and he allows his kitchen to serve sloppy cold pizza!? But hey, the free garlic knots were incredible!
