  • I do love Krispy Kreme donuts and could sit and eat a whole box! When they had the recent anniversary promotion I tried to get some and not all stores make their own, and there aren't as many around as there used to be so you may have to drive quite a ways to get it. However I was told if I downloaded the app I would be able to here the promotion, so I did. Well the app does not work very well, sometimes take forever to load. I even put money on it like my other loyalty cards. The clerk was unable to scan my card to pay for the donuts I was buying first of all. She finally had to manually enter it. Then initially even with the promotion on the app she charged me full price which I quickly reminded her that was not the case. It all worked out in the end. Though I will not be using the KK card like I do Starbucks or my Dunkin app, at least you can buy something with cash or another card and still collect points. That is a plus in and of itself!
