  • WEDDING DRESS DESTROYED. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. After dropping off my wedding dress with an estimated 3 week return time, it took 3 months and repeated phone calls to get it back, only to find that it had been damaged. The detailing was torn, and it was marked up with black, grease spots, as though it had been run over in a dirty factory. The packaging was terrible - loosely tossed in a box with almost no protection at all. It took several phone calls and in-person visits to have the owner try to fix it, and then to receive compensation. In the end, the owner agreed to a very modest compensation and then shorted me on the final amount transferred. They destroyed my wedding dress and followed up with horrendous customer service. Unbelievable, especially since my family had been long time customers for over 10 years. We will never go back!
