The only reason I visited this restaurant was because Yelp advised they were the closest place to my job that served ramen. For the record, they DO NOT serve ramen. So instead, I decided to try Udon. Their menu was one of the lamest I've seen without any descriptions of the items, only titles. As I've never tried Udon, I am not sure if this is the norm or just their brand but the broth was boring and bland (tasteless) and the noodles tasted like noodles that had been cooked far too long. It was served with no meat which was disheartening. The only way I was able to stomach it was by doctoring it up with too much soy sauce and white pepper.
The service was good; my only complaint is that my server spoke limited English which made communicating with her a bit awkward. However, it did add to the authenticity of the restaurant hehe I'd rather that than a server who's first language is NOT Japanese lol but say... Spanish (which seems to be happening more frequently)
Despite not enjoying the food I ordered, I may visit one more time as the food brought to the ladies seated next to me looked very delicious.
