TERRIBLE COMPANY. believe all of the bad reviews you read. I had a coffee table delivered to me with broken (not defective) drawers. The delivery guys shrugged and left. Called customer care not five minutes after they left and told them about the issue and said I wanted the table picked up and refunded. Turns out if the delivery guys leave, you cannot get a refund for your furniture even if it's broken. So a service tech comes out a week later, says the gliders on both drawers are broken and he needs to order new ones. At this point, I'm fed up. I tell him I don't want to service a table that was delivered to me broken. He shrugs, holds out his tablet for me to sign off. There's no words on this page, just a signature box. What am I signing off on? Who knows. He says he can't call into customer care to handle the issue unless I sign off. Fine. It's a blank page, non binding. Sign it. He calls and I overhear him ordering gliders. Eventually he hands me the phone. Customer care gives me the run-around basically saying "but we can service this table, we can't refund the money" finally I cajole them into giving me store credit. The next day I go to the store to see if there's something else I want. There's not and I wouldn't trust their delivery service again anyway. Talk to someone in the office who after hearing the whole story says the table will be picked up and a refund given. Awesome. Finally. A couple hours later customer care calls and says "huh? We can't give you a refund. That's not our policy" I ask for a supervisor. She gives me the run-around again. I call the store and eventually get my pickup date and promised refund. That's after 45 minutes on the phone fuming because this company won't honor their word and obviously couldn't care less about the customers' experience. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
