  • I've been taking my dry cleaning to Wayne for the past 6 months now, and I have to say that he and his team are really wonderful. Depending on the season, I don't necessarily go to the dry cleaners all that often - sometimes as infrequently as once a month. Wayne remembered me very early on, even after he hadn't seen me for several weeks, and always greets me by name. Their attention to detail is superb. Once, when I picked up a shirt, Wayne went out of his way to let me know that there was a minor spot left - which I couldn't even find! He just wanted me to know that it wasn't due to lack of attention that the stubborn spot remained. I don't live near Liberty Village anymore, but continue to bring my clothes only to Wayne. I feel confident whenever I had over my clothes that they will come back well cared for. Bottom line: exceptional service, friendly, professional staff, and clean clothes. Can't ask for more!
