  • I want to give 5 stars, but they charged me extra $10 for my car being too "dirty" after they cleaned it. The price is $30 inside and outside cleaning for van. After cleaning was done, one of the guy told me they have to charge extra $10 because my car was too dirty. Isn't that the reason I go to car wash? And my car is just for normal use. And I told them don't have to clean the trunk (3rd row seats is down too). This is the first time I heard this. All the place I have been before will only charge extra if additional job was done like removing excessive bug, using a better wax etc. and they will ask you before the cleaning. I will feel better if I was told before they did the job because I would have a choice of going to somewhere else. So if your car is too "dirty" think twice before going to this place!
