  • We arrived expecting the usual JW Marriott experience. A kitchen that includes no glasses, no wine glasses, no silverware, no plates, no nothing? We asked for a bottle opener and had no less than four people in the loop asking if we were satisfied, but end result was no bottle opener. We said we could go and buy one, but at a resort you would expect they provide you with basics, right? Underwhelemed for a resort and espectially for a JW Marriott which is supposed to exceed expectations. TOTALLY underwhelmed at this point, with four days to go....
