  • So sick of this place. EVERY month my daughters pharmacy requests to refill medications are denied or ignored. EVERY month. She is on a TON of meds for seizures, reflux, and spasticity and it is insane that she has to go without because this office cannot pull their crap together. We've had to go into the office several times to deal with them in person to get a prescription refilled. Not a new script, a simple refill. There is always a flimsy excuse as to why they hadn't replied to the faxes from the pharmacy. Very aggravating and sad because I think Dr. Nyugen is awesome , but after 2+ years of the office and their inefficiency, I'm done. I'll be finding her a new Dr. In over 15 years of refills for my child I have never had as much of a hassle refilling scripts as I have at Sonoran Sky.
