  • Had put out a request for some bids on some plumbing issues in our home. Norfleet was very responsive and provided information that demonstrated their willingness to go that extra yard. One thing we really appreciated about Norfleet was the "fix only what needs to be fixed" and not drum up more business for their company. Norfleet was on time as scheduled and remembered that we had to be somewhere on that same day. Respecting time constraints and commitments is important to US! We ALSO LIKE TO SUPPORT small business owners and that describes Norfleet. We plan on calling Norfleet for our plumbing needs going forward from this experience. We even have an annual contract with another company which we probably won't be renewing. Thanks Norfleet!
