  • This place is horrible. They put a pre lien against you, even though we were financed and had all the checks in hand. They sent a copy of this pre lien to my landlord, which caused some integrity issues. And I was nearly evicted. These people are pretentious. I understand as a contractor in az you can do this, but if you are participating in a payment or financing program, and they pull this crap? Thank you express flooring, you have now compromised my relationship with my landlord. U got your money. You do bad business and you sicken me.
