  • Terrible customer service. Mastermind often advertise items that actually aren't in stock. For orders online Mastermind promise 2-3 days delivery-but never ever deliver it in time. I have never been offered apology, they just say how busy they are, as excuse. If Mastermind is so busy, I am not gonna bother them again.
