  • I understand being busy probably more than other customers since I am a business owner myself. HOWEVER, when I call and ask SPECIFICALLY if you are taking on new projects/customers (giving you the benefit of a few other similar YELP complaints) it would be better not to say YES and then never call me back. Obviously, I can't recommend this business for any reason. It's been several days (granted, it was a holiday weekend), but it has still been 3 real business days at this point (6 counting the weekend/holiday) and no call.
