rev:text	This is my first Yelp review. The service at this place was so appalling that I felt I had to warn others. The staff at every other antique and boutique shop that I entered the same day that I visited this hell hole greeted me with a "hello" and even went as far to offer we a bottle of water. Upon entering Modern Lighting, I got no greeting from the owner who looked at me, and when I walked by him about 2 minutes later with my 1/4 cup of coffee that I didn't want to leave in the car, he voiced, "Watch your coffee, I don't want it all over my floor". A$$hole, put a no drinks sign on the front door if you are so concerned; furthermore, most of your items are a) garbage b) overpriced c) on the ceiling or on a table (makes it pretty hard to spill anything on them). When I chuckled at his comment, he mocked me. When I told him that I wasn't a child and advised my friend that we were leaving, he raised his voice and said, "Oh, you want to argue with me now. Get the hell out of my store before I call the cops". Wait? What just happened? What a crazy SOB!. I decided that I would leave immediately and simply voice my opinion on the web versus dumping my coffee on his floor which is what I really, really wanted to do. I will pop a bottle of champagne at his Going Out of Business sale!
